Hi, I'm Kate Fomina, founder of Crypton Realty and a Bay Area Real Estate Broker helping buyers and sellers since 2006.
Originally from Belarus, I moved to the United States in 2003 and built my real estate business from the ground up. Today, I am proud to be among the top-producing agents in the Bay Area, helping clients navigate one of the most competitive real estate markets in the country.
Over the years, I've been featured in Forbes, authored a real estate book, and conducted the first real estate transaction in the United States recorded on blockchain technology. But what matters most to me is helping people make smart real estate decisions with confidence.
In addition to English, I work closely with Russian, Ukrainian, and Belarusian-speaking clients, helping them navigate the American real estate system with clarity and confidence.
When I'm not showing homes, you'll probably find me exploring California wineries, attending rock festivals, creating content for Instagram and YouTube, spending time at the beach in Alameda, or hanging out with my two senior cats.
My goal is simple: deliver results, not promises.
